The TRU Advantage

IRS problems are quite common and people often do not know where to turn for help.  Tax problems can affect all aspects of your life and the IRS can often be aggressive.  Many people live with these problems for months or even years, assuming that nothing can be done as penalties and interest continue to mount up, leading to issues with your credit rating and sometimes garnishment of your wages or even seizure of your property.

We are here to help you.  You can try contacting and negotiating with the IRS alone.  But, without knowing the rules, regulations, and special programs available, you will likely not get the best result possible.  But you don’t have to go at it alone.  You can hire a team of professionals who understand the rules and how to navigate the IRS maze to get you the best possible result given your circumstances.

Our Principles

1. Trust

We offer transparency to our clients on both our fees and the process.  We believe it is important for our clients to understand the process for resolving tax debt so they have realistic expectations for solving their specific tax problems.  Our role is simple:  to negotiate the lowest possible IRS payment amount allowed by law.  Our tax professionals have over 20 years’ experience helping people just like you.

2. Respect

We do not take on a client unless we believe they are a legitimate candidate for tax relief.  The IRS has very strict guidelines governing eligibility, so we let our clients know up-front what tax relief options are viable for resolving their specific IRS problems.  You are more than just a customer to us – you are a real person with real problems that we want to help.  Our team takes the time to get to know you and your specific circumstances.

3. Understanding

The only professionals who can represent you before the IRS are attorneys, CPAs and enrolled agents.  The IRS won’t talk to anyone else, other than you. If you needed heart surgery, you would probably engage a heart surgeon to fix your problem.  You probably would not try to fix it on your own, and you wouldn’t engage a plumber to fix your heart problem.  You would want someone who specializes in solving the problem you have.  So, it’s safe to say that you would want to engage a firm that specializes in Tax Resolution – composed of professionals that negotiate with the IRS day in and day out.  We at TAX REMEDY USA are experts in tax resolution and help taxpayers with their IRS problems every day.

Experienced Team of Seasoned Professionals

Our team is composed of seasoned professionals that have been helping people with their tax problems for decades.  We have established relationships with IRS offices and a proven track record of negotiating and obtaining positive results.  When our team communicates with the IRS and state taxing authorities, we do so with integrity, credibility, and strength.  We are laser-focused on negotiating the best possible outcome for our clients allowed by law.

A Process-Driven Solution

Once we are engaged, we will get all of your tax records from the IRS and state tax authorities.  We analyze the records and see what exactly your personal tax problems are.  Then we prepare a personalized plan to address your particular problems using the programs that you qualify for.  After that, we prepare or correct all of your delinquent tax returns and get them filed with the IRS and state authorities to get you back into compliance.  Then we take the necessary steps to release any bank levies or wage garnishment against you in connection with the negotiation of a tax resolution program that may include an Offer in Compromise, a properly structured Installment Agreement, Penalty Abatement, Currently Not Collectible status, and other mechanisms and programs applicable to your situation.

We Deal with the IRS So You Don't Have To

One of the best parts of engaging tax resolution specialists is that we deal with the IRS and state tax authorities, so you don’t have to.  You won’t have to respond to threatening letters, or wait on hold to speak with an agent.  As part of our engagement process, you will sign a power of attorney – a document that states that our firm is representing you for your tax problems.  Once this document is signed and sent to the IRS, the IRS is not allowed to contact you directly.  No more threatening phone calls and letters.  We handle the IRS and state tax authorities; and all of the phone calls, correspondence, meetings, and negotiations, so you don’t have to.  When the IRS and state authorities know that an experienced, competent tax resolution team is working on your case, they know that (i) you are serious about resolving your problems, and (ii) they can’t bully you anymore.
